DonePals pilot rules · version pilot-v1

Small, remote help. Adults only.

The pilot is for invited people aged 18 or older. No diagnosis or medical information is needed to join. Focus on a clear, manageable outcome that takes around 10–30 minutes.

Keep private information private.

Do not share passwords, account access, financial details, medical information, or private documents. No illegal activity, academic misconduct, fake reviews, impersonation, sexual services or in-person tasks. DonePals is not therapy, crisis support or professional advice.

Know what you’re agreeing to.

Credits are contribution credits, not money. You cannot buy or withdraw them. In a direct swap, both sides agree to a concrete promise; a promise cannot guarantee the other person will follow through. Completion is confirmed against your agreed outcome. A timer or missed message never transfers credits.

You can stop contact.

Blocking stops contact and pauses an affected agreement. Held credits stay protected until a mutual or moderator outcome. Cancellation is a request for agreement, not an automatic refund. Reports are reviewed by the founder during published review hours; do not expect 24/7 monitoring.

Who can see your information?

Your email and account details are private. Eligible members see the profile details and listings you share. Messages belong to their participants. An assigned moderator may review relevant evidence for a reported case, with access recorded. We do not publish member directories or sell diagnostic information.

Development status

DonePals is under development. Real invitations, published moderation hours, external email delivery, retention/deletion procedures and production release require a separate readiness review. The pilot is not open yet.
